In accordance with articles 19, 20, 21 and 22 of Law No. 18/033 of 13/12/2018 relating to the creation, organization and operation of the National Order of Civil Engineers, the candidate who wishes to register on the Roll of The Order must provide the General Secretariat with the following documents necessary to support its request:

Piece d’identité

Authentic copy of valid ID or biometric passport.

Passport photo

Two (2) recent passport-size photographs of the candidate certified as his or hers by his or her signature on the reverse.

Diplomas

Any diploma obtained in support of your application or a certificate of its obtaining.

Curriculum vitae

A summary, through the curriculum vitae, of relevant work experiences as well as a certificate for each of them if applicable.

Transcript

The complete transcript (from the first to the last year) for each of the diplomas supporting the application.

In the event that his file requires certain clarifications from the professional committee in charge of registration, and will be required:

1. A descriptive summary of each of the courses taken to obtain the diploma(s) in support of the application;

2. If applicable, a certificate of participation in training or development activities.                        

A translation of documents that are not written in French is required. The translation must be attested by the notary service of the country where the recipient completed his studies.
