The National Order of Civil Engineers (ONICIV) controls access to the exercise of the profession of Civil Engineer, monitors the practice of its members and ensures that only members carry out the acts specific to Civil Engineers.
Deal with complex engineering problems, resolve technological problems related to the design, construction and implementation of systems, design systems with innovative means if necessary.
To be the reference in terms of protection of the profession of Civil Engineer and to position itself as a reference platform in the industrialization of the DRC.
Among the fundamental values defended by the National Order of Civil Engineers: Integrity, High sense of excellence, Skills, Responsibility, Rigor.
Dear brothers and sisters, I would first like to thank the members who participated in the 2020 Annual General Meeting. I also emphasize the patience and understanding that the participants demonstrated regarding the logistics of this webcast meeting with right to vote, which was a first for the Order.

(1) ensure respect for the professional values of civil engineers which are competence, sense of responsibility, ethics and social commitment essential to the exercise of the profession of civil engineer as well as compliance with the rules laid down by laws, regulations and the professional code of ethics;

Taking the oath
In accordance with articles 19, 20, 21 and 22 of Law No. 18/033 of 13/12/2018 relating to the creation, organization and operation of the National Order of Civil Engineers, the candidate who wishes to register on the Roll of The Order must provide the General Secretariat with the following documents necessary to support its request:

Authentic copy of valid ID or biometric passport.

Two (2) recent passport-size photographs of the candidate certified as his or hers by his or her signature on the reverse.

Any diploma obtained in support of your application or a certificate of its obtaining.

A summary, through the curriculum vitae, of relevant work experiences as well as a certificate for each of them if applicable.

The complete transcript (from the first to the last year) for each of the diplomas supporting the application.
In the event that his file requires certain clarifications from the professional committee in charge of registration, and will be required:
1. A descriptive summary of each of the courses taken to obtain the diploma(s) in support of the application;
2. If applicable, a certificate of participation in training or development activities.
A translation of documents that are not written in French is required. The translation must be attested by the notary service of the country where the recipient completed his studies.
